Submit immediate payment to the IHSSA Office.
Print 2 copies: Mail 1 copy to the IHSSA with payment. Keep 1 copy for your own records.

Special Requests? IHSSA Directors may request beginning February 3. All special requests are due by phone (voice to voice) with Stacy. Do not leave a message. You must visit directly with Stacy. No emails will be accepted. Special requests are for school-sponsored activities only. Family trips/vacations/appointments are not special requests. Due date for IE special requests is: Thursday, February 13, 4:00 PM.
