ALL judges are required to register each year through BOUND. Judges will complete the online form through BOUND app and pay the $10 judging fee online. (A paper option is still available if needed.)

All IHSSA judges are required to undergo certification with the IHSSA. Novice judges are required to attend an in-person clinic for initial certification. Intermediate/Experienced judges have the option to attend in-person or online recertification. Certification is good for three years. Every three years, a judge must recertify. Certification consists of a 1 1/2 hour session, an online exam, as well as completion of a short essay. A yearly $10 fee is required for current judge membership as well as completion of the IHSSA Certification Form.
